Let’s have a little (virtual) chat to find out if we’re a good fit. If the answer is yes, we’ll schedule an appointment in our gym to hash out the details and find out how we can help you achieve your goals.
Optimum Check
2–3 sessions
Let’s put the personal in personal training: we’ll talk about your expectations and what you want to achieve. After that, we’ll assess your current fitness level and set realistic goals for you.
Personal Training
As needed
Our personal trainers develop an individual training plan for you and help you strengthen your body. We teach you how to work out correctly and effectively and share important tips on balanced nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
Stay on track
As long as you want
After the dedicated personal training period, you’ll know how to work out in the most effective way and can participate in our group sessions or use our gym without a personal trainer. You’ll have one private training session every 4 weeks, during which we’ll discuss the next phase of your training and you can ask any questions you might have. And if anything comes up spontaneously, just use our app to get in touch with your personal trainer whenever you need them.

Evaluating the starting point
In our first private training sessions, we’ll test your strength, mobility, and flexibility. By evaluating what you can and can’t do (yet!), we’ll know exactly where to start with your training.
1:1 training sessions
In the 1:1 sessions with your personal trainer, you’ll start seeing results quickly. We’ll be working on various aspects such as strengthening your body and teaching you how to train correctly and what good, productive training should feel like.
Sharing our know-how
Unfortunately, going to the gym alone won’t cut it. A substantial part of your personal training will be done with a whiteboard – we’ll teach you all about new routines, a balanced nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.
Our hope? That you won’t need us forever.
